Coker Logistics Solutions, Inc. (CLS) provides management-consulting services to the United States Department of Defense, as well as the Defence Ministry of the United Kingdom.

CLS offers a proprietary analytical approach called the Strategic & Analytic Assessment Process (SAAP) to the complex, multi-faceted logistics issues encountered by these organizations as they transform their warfighting concepts and processes to meet the dynamic nature of threats to their national security posed in the modern age.

The Department of Defense version of SAAP is known as Focused Logistics Warfighting (FLOW). The Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) Logistics Wargame (LOGWAR) is the latest initiative for CLS and SAAP involving the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence.

Founder and President, W. Wayland Coker

Wayland Coker is a retired Naval Officer with an extensive logistics background, both in defense and industry. He successfully spearheaded the Department of the Navy's entry into a new wargaming approach -- one that looked specifically at the logistics of war instead of the war itself. From there he successfully conceived, designed and facilitated the first-ever joint logistics capability assessment within the Department of Defense: the Focused Logistics Warfighting (FLOW) process. FLOW was an enterprise-wide assessment conducted by the Director for Logistics (J4), Joint Chiefs of Staff with all military Services, Unified Commands and Defense Agencies participating, as well as the Defence Ministries of the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

Continuing to leverage these past successes, Mr. Coker conceived, designed and currently facilitates LOGWAR, the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence, Defence Equipment & Support's (DE&S) logistic wargame. Mr. Coker is also a Board Member of Enough Is Enough (EIE) dedicated to protecting children and families from the Internet dangers of pornography and sexual predators so that they can enjoy the enormous benefits that the Internet offers.
